The registration desk will open at 8:00, and the opening session will take place at 8:30 with the presence of the University Vice-President in charge or research affairs, Amparo Chiralt.

For those of you with a poster presentation, you may hang it at any time prior to the poster session of Thursday at 17:00.

Plaza de la Virgen

The poster session will take place on Thursday, 20th, between 17:00 and 18:00. There are no specific rules for the preparation of the poster simply keep in mind that each poster will have to be displayed in a panel which is 180 cm tall by 120 cm wide.
